We fervently believe in the training and development of Eureka’s hardworking staff. A range of courses are presented for them by professional learning facilitators. 

Situated on the farm is an afterschool center specifically structured for the children of our Eureka workers. The center employs three dedicated remedial educators to help students achieve the expected competencies in core academic skills. 

Through our active support of various local projects we contribute to rural development and the wellbeing of our community.
